Hackamore Set from Buckaroo Leather is a versatile Western hackamore with mecate reins. A bosal hackamore is a good option for experienced riders and trainers working with young horses and those with sensitive mouths. The 5/8″ natural rawhide bosal is hand braided 8 plait for a tight weave. Features a Hermann Oak harness leather headstall simple hanger. Headstall is adjustable with a Cowboy knot on one side. Harness leather is durable, supple, and weather resistant, making it an excellent choice for working Western tack.

Complete with 1/2″ cotton rope mecate rein. Mecate measures 23′ and is finished with a braided rawhide button. Traditional tassel on end of heel knot. Simple, classic Western training bosal headstall in the vaquero cowboy tradition. Made in the USA, from Buckaroo.
