Myler HBT Shank Ported Barrel Bit

A Myler Level 3 bit, the HBT Shank Ported Barrel Western Bit features a sweet iron, wide barrel mouth with copper inlay that promotes salivation and a soft mouth.The Stainless steel HBT shank features two rings and a fixed mouthpiece. The entire HBT shank moves independently of the mouthpiece.The ported barrel mouthpiece offers some tongue relief and is designed with the more advanced horse in mind. MB 33. Level Three Three Myler Bits are designed for horses considered broke who are willing to obey commands, relaxed at the poll and respond well to seat, hand and leg cues. Level Three Bits feature the curved mouthpiece but generally apply most pressure to the bars and may incorporate features that apply curb, palate and/or poll pressures as well. As a general rule, Myler Level Three Bits are best used by advanced riders and are designed to make the finished horse as soft as possible in the mouth.
